The Adventure of Domenico Gnoli
An exhibition of Domenico Gnoli (1933-1970) The Adventure of Domenico Gnoli, at The Levy, Gorvy, Dayan gallery in New York, will be inaugurated on March 12, focusing on some of his best works and his relationship with New York, where he lived and worked and died in 1970 after his exhibition at the Sidney Janis gallery November 1969. Msbb will be represented by Madison Cox and the foundation has lent a few works. Let us recall that Domenico Gnoli also worked and lived in Deyá from 1963 and then in s'Estaca, Valldemossa from 1968, in the house built by Archiduke Ludwig Savaldor of Austria that now belongs to Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones, where he painted his most beautiful and last works.
At msbb you can admire a room where his work is displayed.
