Msbb harbors a cross cultural collection created by workaholics and delusional optimists bent on capturing the zeitgeist, with themes embodied between major sections, one focusing on Old Master Portraits of Children, others uniting artworks from across time and space, overturning the dominant narratives of Western culture and including an approach to the African diaspora – an immense cultural laboratory.
The element of surprise is the sculpture park with monumental renderings in granite and bronze of animals in a bucolic setting.
