SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipments will be made through a postal courier service. You will receive your order through the post office.
Order preparation
The Foundation will prepare and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours after the payment is received, and it will always be shipped on business days. You agree to provide a delivery address for the order where it can be done within the normal hours for the delivery of goods. In case that you breach this obligation, the Yannick and Ben Jakober Foundation will not be held liable for the delay or failure to deliver the requested order.
Delivery times
Delivery times may be altered by circumstances beyond the control of the Foundation or the carrier, such as COVID, weather incidents, traffic accidents, etc. The Foundation will not assume any responsibility for such delays.
Delivery process
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once the shipment has been dispatched at the post office. (when your order is going to leave the Foundation).
International regulations
The expenses that derive from the tariffs and customs (customs tax and customs duties) in the countries - not belonging to the European Union - are not included in the price of the product. International parcel shipping regulations require the sender by law to attach an official invoice in triplicate as accompanying documentation to the shipment, without which no shipment or procedure is allowed. Through this documentation, the customs agencies of the destination country calculate the legal rates to be applied upon arrival. You must pay the corresponding amount required upon arrival according to each case and upon request of said authorities.
